Catholic Centre Macau is a comprehensive public service venue open to citizens, featuring an understated and gentle overall design with transparent and spacious zoning that enables all kinds of communities to hold exchange activities. The indoor partitions and passage doors of the project are constructed with Hengbao EI60 fire rated glass doors, EI60 & EI120 fire rated steel doors and EI120 fire rated partitions, fully complying with Macau’s fire safety approval standards for public buildings.
This fire-resistant glass delivers outstanding fire and heat insulation performance. In the event of a fire, the internal fire-resistant adhesive quickly absorbs heat and expands into an opaque fireproof panel to isolate open flames and high-temperature flue gas, securing safe evacuation for people inside the venue. Made of Hengbao crystal silicon fire-resistant glass, the panels boast a bright and flawless appearance with no fogging or color difference. The unobstructed sightlines simplify venue management and flood the interior with soft natural light, matching the simple and tranquil spatial temperament of the Catholic Centre. It skillfully combines professional and reliable fire protection performance with the soft, elegant aesthetic of public spaces.
